Nothing says happy holidays like July! In the retail cycle, though, companies are constantly preparing for them. In the case of Disney, they are onto Nov/Dec. Like years before, they are celebrating it with a bunch of announcements. This post will summarize the details on the treats you can find at Walt Disney World during the holiday season! From November 14 through December 31, 2025, get ready to deck the halls as Disney World comes to life with Christmas decor, themed food and beverage items, characters in festive outfits, special holiday entertainment, new holiday merchandise across Disney World, and so much more.
Magic Kingdom During the Holidays
The highlight of the Magic Kingdom is undeniably Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, which requires a separate ticket. Although Disney has yet to disclose the date for the first party of the season, it’s anticipated to take place on Friday, November 14th. For those who prefer not to spend on the ticketed events, there are still plenty of ways to embrace the holiday spirit with the Jingle Cruise, festive decorations, and the enchanting Castle Show featuring Frozen Holiday Surprise! Disney’s Hollywood Studios during the Holidays
Jollywood Nights, our favorite thing to do over at Hollywood Studios, will be back. While there was no official announcement for party dates, you can pencil in November 15th for the first one. Jollywood Nights is a more upscale event than Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas, and you are encouraged to take part in it by dressing up. Last year, we had a blast, and we celebrated it in style with more Disney characters than you can imagine! Check out our video below and count them all! The tailspin characters were our favorites!!
EPCOT during the Holidays
From November 28 through December 30, 2025, the International Festival of the Holidays at EPCOT features seasonal offerings. Highlights include the “JOYFUL! Celebration of the Season” in CommuniCore Plaza with classic holiday songs. Don’t forget to board our favorite boat ride Living with the Land during the holiday season as it lights up even more for the season!
Don’t miss the popular Candlelight Processional at the America Gardens Theatre, featuring celebrity narrators retelling the nativity story. Performances occur nightly at 5 p.m., 6:45 p.m., and 8:15 p.m., with seating on a first-come, first-served basis, so plan to arrive early.
