Starting today, Disney Enchantment will show two times a night for the next 10 days! I don’t know about all of you, but we love watching the fireworks, so this is a welcoming change. We will definitely be over there tonight to check it out.
One thing we are wondering is if this will have any effect on the crowds during the night time. Typically if you go over to any of the parks later, the crowds are most certainly lighter. Our guess is it will not move the needle one way or another. We will benefit as we are always in the Magic Kingdom later in the evenings anyways as showcased in our Seven Dwarfs attraction article.
Just to go over what Disney Enchantment is, this is from the Disney site.
An Incredible Journey Awaits
Watch in awe as Cinderella Castle comes to life with magical effects that—for the first time ever—extend down Main Street, U.S.A.! Plus, enjoy dazzling new lighting that illuminates the Castle courtyard and stunning fireworks that light up the night sky. All the while, classic and reimagined Disney songs will sweep you up into the adventure of a lifetime, along with an original new song by 7-time Grammy award-winning songwriter Philip Lawrence.
Disney Enchantment, presented by Pandora, is truly a celebration of magic, imagination, joy and hope for all who carry dreams in their hearts. Throughout your journey, favorite Disney Characters like Raya, Moana and Joe Gardner from Soul will join as you explore a world of wonder filled with friendship, love and fun. And if darkness tries to hold you back, you’ll discover you only have to look within to find the power to believe and make your dreams come true. The magic has been inside you all along!
This nighttime spectacular debuted as part of The World’s Most Magical Celebration—the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary.
Conclusion
So if you are in the Magic Kingdom the next ten day, and are still full of energy hang out for a second viewing of Disney Enchantment. More than likely you can get a better spot than the earlier show to check it out. And remember Tinker Bell flies at 13 minutes after the show starts! Here is a very horrible, but still magical video of her flying. Will you check out two showings of Disney Enchantment?
Great info. Beautiful. At 78 I still love the fireworks. Thanks for sharing.
They are fun!
